Muay Thai is often referred to as the Art of the Eight Limbs thanks to its dynamic use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees - or in other words - eight points of contact.
Thai boxing is a perfect way to learn self-defense skills and get you in good physical shape at the same time. Although fighting and sparring is NOT required, testing your limits and going beyond them is.
